Important information for your reservation.

We recommend that stargazers arrive at the observatory 30 minutes before the start of the stargazing session.

For technical reasons, the minimum age for children is 10 years. Babies and pushchairs are not permitted in the observatory. Please note the access and age restrictions for children at the observatory.
The admission price is the same for adults and children.

In cloudy weather, when night-time astronomical observation with telescopes is not possible, an astronomy seminar with a PowerPoint presentation by the astronomer will take place. The presentation will be held at the observatory in three languages: English, German and Greek.

Please note that the weather in spring and autumn may not be suitable for solar observations every day, and the date may change.
Should there be any changes, you will be informed in good time by e-mail.
Please check your inbox and spam folder before visiting the observatory to ensure you have received a message from us.

The ticket price also includes: Τhe astrophotography exhibition and the micrometeorite collection inside the shop, as well as all the outdoor astronomical exhibits in our unique Astronomical Garden.

To access the observatory, there are 12 steps to climb, and it is not wheelchair accessible.

Open daily from 7.30 pm to 11.00 pm.
Closed on Sundays.
